Building a team is crucial is acheiving success in anything. This is so universally true that it is almost more important than the achievement itself. After all there will always be new challenges but a great team is unique and stands alone in its value. In this, and many other ways teams are more like individuals than they are like components of a machine. This should be so obvious that it goes without saying but more ofteen than not teams and organizations are virwed as replacable parts of a machine.
